Wastewater Pump and Equipment Solutions
Ceri Engineering combines wastewater treatment experience since 1982 with equipment selection, field installation, control systems and after-sales service. We are evaluating direct, long-term partnerships with manufacturers seeking structured market development in Türkiye and surrounding regions.
Wastewater pump applications
Our work begins with the duty conditions of the plant. We assess flow, total head, solids passage, operating cycle, installation arrangement, redundancy, energy performance and maintenance access before preparing an equipment proposal.
Submersible wastewater pumps
Applications for sewage collection, transfer stations, equalisation tanks and process basins. Impeller and solids-handling configuration are evaluated according to the wastewater characteristics.
Sludge and process transfer
Pump selection for sludge concentration, viscosity, abrasive content and required discharge pressure, with attention to clogging risk and maintenance intervals.
Wet and dry installation
Guide-rail, auto-coupling and dry-installed arrangements can be assessed. Cooling-jacket configurations are considered where the operating duty and installation conditions require independent motor cooling.
Motor protection and monitoring
Project requirements may include winding and bearing temperature, seal-chamber leakage or moisture, vibration, voltage, current, running status and operating-hour monitoring.
Control, automation and system integration
We combine mechanical equipment with the control functions required for reliable plant operation. The project scope may include:
- Duty/standby sequencing, pump alternation and level-based operation
- Variable-frequency drive or soft-starter control
- High-level, seal leakage, temperature, overload and vibration alarms
- Local control panels, remote monitoring and SCADA integration
- Level, pressure and flow instrumentation
- Commissioning support and operator-oriented control logic

Current partnership focus
We currently pursue project requirements across approximately 1–100 kW, with primary commercial emphasis on 15–100 kW industrial and municipal wastewater applications. We are not currently tied to a pump manufacturer and are seeking a direct manufacturing partner with a consistent product platform, responsive engineering support and a long-term approach to the region.
Our preferred model is project-led market entry. According to the development of the partnership, local warehouse, testing and repair capacity can be established through an agreed service plan.
